The Man with a Vision who started it all. The Original Wood Flooring Specialist. Joseph started out with a premise to do one thing really well. Hence, wood flooring – SPECIALIST. Since 1998 when he first entered the world of Custom Home Builders – back then as a General Labor guy – he saw a gap that he felt should be filled, too many jack-of -all-trades and not enough Specialists in one area – like hardwood flooring. Fast forward to 2025: Joseph is now a Principal Owner of the Breiter & Lönger – supplying Northamerican Market with true Custom solutions – Made in Germany – in colaboration with the Manufacturing facility best known for Producing Wide Plank engineered flooring – Wider & Longer than anything available on the market.
